BIPOC CIRCLE: RESTFUL REMEMBRANCE

Foot of Black person in soil and fallen leaves

This month marks the 100th year of Black History Month. In this milestone year, we ask: What are we being called to remember so that we might move toward our paths of liberation?

Join Prema teacher and multi-lineage spiritualist Tiffany Curtis and Contemplative Facilitator Orlando White to honor the lineage of Black history. Through guided meditation, restorative yoga, and story-sharing, this circle is an invitation to meet yourself through practice and devotion—expanding our collective capacity to meet the moments ahead.

Preparation & Offerings:

  • Wear: Comfortable clothing for movement and rest.

  • Bring: A journal, a pen, and an optional eye mask.

  • The Altar: Please bring an object of personal meaning to add to our communal altar (to be returned to you at the close of the circle).

Space Intention: This gathering is held for all beings who identify as BIPOC / People of the Global Majority.
