MOVING MEDITATION FOR THE BIPOC COMMUNITY
Join Tiffany for this 1-hour sacred space for individuals who identify as part of the BIPOC (Black, Brown, Indigenous, AAPI, Person of Color) community.
Held at Prema Yoga in Clinton Hill Brooklyn, we move through a fluid and accessible physical practice inspired by Vinyasa Yoga and intuitive movement. There will also be generous time for meditation and breathing practice.
This weekly space is a reminder that we are held by and in community. Come as you are.
