YIN YOGA

Join Tiffany for this evening's yin yoga practice. Yin yoga is a gentle framework for attending to the inner realms of the body, heart, and mind. Postures are held for a longer time to really invite Lead through the Traditional Chinese Medicine for healing; these practices are rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements Meridian Theory.

Held at Prema Yoga in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, postures in this practice are accessible, closer to the earth, and held for longer, inviting a balance of your life force energy (Qi/Prana).
